Felcon’s high-performance Airshowers are engineered to remove surface contamination from personnel and equipment before entering controlled environments. Using powerful HEPA-filtered air jets, our Airshowers deliver unmatched particle removal and process integrity — ensuring your cleanroom remains compliant, efficient, and contaminant-free.

We manufacture a wide range of high-performance Air Showers—including Single and Multi-Person Units, Tunnel and Product Air Showers, Dust Removal Air Showers, Sliding Door models, and more—custom-built to suit your specific requirements.

Design

Our Felcon Air Showers are designed with premium, durable materials to ensure optimal performance, safety, and ease of maintenance.

We use 304 and 316 Stainless Steel, which is corrosion-resistant, highly durable & easy to clean for Cleanroom & Pharmaceutical environments.

We also use Powder-Coated Steel which is durable & suitable for industrial and laboratory environments.

As well as Polypropylene Plastic for durability, resistance & easy to clean Semi-Cleanrooms & less demanding applications.

Build

Two-Stage HEPA Filtration Dual-filtration system captures ≥99.97% of particles down to 0.3 microns.
Interlocking Door Controls Prevents simultaneous door opening to eliminate cross-contamination.
